Project Manifesto

Kiggidi: Eradicating the Queue in Local Commerce.

We are building the digital bridge between neighborhood shops and modern convenience — from pre-booked pickup to hyperlocal delivery. Zero waiting. Zero friction.

Starting with Kirana, Juice, and Fast-Food shops — expanding toward decentralized local delivery.

The Problem: Time is Wasted in Lines.

Local Kirana and juice shops are the backbone of our neighborhoods, but the buying experience is broken. Customers waste 15-20 minutes standing in line during peak hours. Shopkeepers lose orders to chaotic WhatsApp messages and phone calls.

Today, most local shops rely on missed calls, voice notes, or chaotic WhatsApp messages to receive advance orders — often resulting in miscommunication, missing items, and inefficient preparation. Kiggidi replaces this unstructured ordering system with a simple, digital-first intake layer.

We are fixing this single, massive point of friction.

The Experience

Customer orders from mobile. Shopkeeper accepts. You don't wait.

The Solution Flow

How we remove friction from the transaction.

1. Upload & Order

Customer uploads a handwritten 'Chitty' or selects items from the live menu.

2. AI Processing

Our engine reads the list, builds the cart, and pings the shopkeeper instantly.

3. Pack & Pickup

The shopkeeper packs the order. The customer walks in, picks it up, and walks out.

4. Deliver (Optional)

If enabled by the shop, orders can be delivered locally by the shop's own staff or network.

The Roadmap

Phase 1

Eradicating the Queue. (Focus on the core Kirana pre-order & pickup system).

Phase 2

Hyper-Local Service Expansion. (Expanding the model to juice points, local cafes, and pharmacies).

Phase 3

Unified Local Pre-Booking. (Adapting the zero-wait architecture for local service appointments and hotel pre-bookings).

Behind the Code

Kiggidi is being actively developed by Kiran — focused on building practical digital infrastructure for hyper-local commerce in India's mandal and village ecosystems.
